As you may be aware, the U.S. Virgin Islands Mental Health Fund ("USVI MHF" or "Fund") operates under the auspices of the Office of the Attorney General of the U.S. Virgin Islands. In connection with the Fund's oversight and compliance obligations, we periodically provide the Attorney General's Office with general programmatic information and respond to audit-related inquiries. Please note that no individual claimant or confidential treatment information is ever disclosed. 

To remain eligible to treat patients as part of the USVI MHF, all supervising participating providers (i.e., the provider making treatment recommendations and signing the treatment plan) are now required to complete and submit through the online portal at www.USVIMentalHealthFund.com a Provider Certification Form. Completion of this certification on an annual basis is a mandatory condition of continued participation in the Fund.
